As a full-time Customer Service Representative at Hoskin Scientific, your role centers on providing exceptional service while collaborating with the Service Manager and technicians. You'll handle customer inquiries, create repair orders, and facilitate parts transactions, ensuring smooth operations within the service department. Your proactive support will contribute to enhancing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound customer communications effectively
• Create and distribute return authorizations for repairs
• Open service quotes and assist service techs
• Process credit card transactions and billing inquiries
• Coordinate parts transactions and shipping needs
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration is advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication ability
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and technology
• Positive attitude and professional communication skills
