As a Membership Services Representative, your two years of customer service experience will shine as you assist members and handle inquiries. You will facilitate tours, provide key information about programs, and ensure the front desk remains organized and efficient. Your initiative and calm demeanor will be essential in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance to members and guests in person and by phone
• Conduct and manage facility tours for potential members
• Address member issues and report to the Membership Coordinator
• Maintain building security protocols at all times
• Support Membership Coordinator with administrative duties
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications needed
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to complete data entry with precision
• Full COVID-19 vaccination required
