Position: Full-Time Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor service attendances and support cases

• Schedule service engineer attendances as required

• Prepare quotations and ensure timely spare parts delivery

• Process and verify customer purchase orders accurately

• Conduct inventory counts and assist in warehouse operations

Requirements:

• Experience in service coordination or logistics roles

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
