At Convoy, we are looking for a motivated individual who excels at customer service. In this role, you'll handle various customer transactions and coordinate order logistics. The position requires effective communication and a knack for problem-solving in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process customer transactions, including orders and quotes
• Coordinate order pick-ups with the operations team
• Educate customers on product features and applications
• Generate and confirm purchase orders promptly
• Participate in inventory checks of warehouse materials
