This permanent role on our order desk is designed for individuals with experience in wholesale distribution, specifically three years in a similar position. You will be the primary contact for customers, ensuring professionalism and efficiency while processing their orders and addressing technical inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process customer orders through various communication channels
• Read and interpret customer requests accurately
• Provide technical support for product inquiries
• Enter order details into the computer system faithfully
• Ensure timely delivery through monitoring shipments
Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in an order desk environment
• Detail-oriented and customer-service focused
• Strong interpersonal skills and mechanical aptitude
