Customer Service Representative - Workforce

We are currently recruiting for
Customer Service Representatives
to support our clients across the
Tri-Cities region
, including
Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody
. Successful candidates will join our
casual/contract/permanent pool
, providing short-term coverage and support as needed.

• Minimum3-5 years of customer service experience
• Intermediate proficiency
  in
  MS Suite:
  Word, Excel, Outlook
• Strong and accurate data entry skills
• Excellent
  written and verbal communication skills to communicate with clients
• Ability to
  prioritize tasks
  and meet deadlines in a
  fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team
• Flexible availability
  , including the ability to work on short notice and adapt to different workplaces

• Ensure compliance with
  internal controls
• Collaborate with internal teams or external vendors/clients
• Maintain
  confidentiality
  of client information
• Meet tight deadlines in a
  fast-paced or transition environment

• Full-time and part-time, permanent/contract/temporary opportunities
• Assignments range from1 day up to 1-2 weeks or permanent roles
• Monday to Friday
  , daytime hours
• Work close to home within the
  Tri-Cities
  area
• Competitive pay: $22-$24 per hour
