Crossroads C&I seeks an experienced Customer Service Representative and Inside Sales Representative for a permanent Coquitlam opening. You will support contractors, installers, suppliers, and established customers. Success requires attention to detail, customer focus, mechanical aptitude, interpersonal skills, and professional communication under pressure.

• Take customer orders by phone, email, and in person
• Interpret customer requests, directions, and schedules accurately
• Answer technical and product-related customer questions
• Enter orders and customer requirements into the computer system
• Monitor shipments, prepare quotes, and process returns

• Three years’ order desk experience in wholesale distribution
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused approach
• Mechanical aptitude and strong interpersonal skills
