Canadian Enterprise Customer Success Manager

Lead customer implementation and adoption for Skydio’s Canadian public sector and commercial accounts from a remote base in Canada. Use project management and proactive engagement to create measurable customer value.

As Customer Success Manager, you will own implementation, usage, adoption, retention, and expansion across approximately 20 accounts. You will bridge customers with Skydio’s technical teams while working with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering. The work supports autonomous solutions for industries including public safety, transportation, utilities, oil and gas, and AEC.

• Build scalable onboarding, account management, and post-sales success processes
• Track enterprise implementation projects and technology delivery outcomes
• Develop customer relationships through cadence-based follow-ups and reviews
• Quantify product feedback and brief executives on roadmap needs
• Drive adoption, expansions, and renewals across assigned accounts

• Support experience in public sector or commercial industries
• Experience implementing and scaling technology programs
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Willingness to travel approximately 40 percent
• Ability to reside in Canada and obtain an Advanced Operations Pilot Certificate
