Dental Receptionist

Overview

We are looking for an experienced, friendly, and dependable Dental Receptionist to join our growing dental team in Coquitlam. Our office is patient-focused and committed to providing exceptional care in a welcoming environment. We value teamwork, professionalism, and creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No long weekends

• Greet and check in patients
• Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule efficiently
• Process insurance claims and pre-authorizations
• Coordinate treatment plans and patient recalls
• Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
• Communicate professionally with patients and team members
• Support the smooth operation of the front desk

• Minimum 2 years of dental reception experience
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination
• Tracker experience an asset
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
