Envertiz Consultancy is hiring on behalf of a well-established GP practice in British Columbia. Main Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions
- Conduct routine health assessments, preventive care and health promotion
- Manage patient records accurately and in accordance with provincial health regulations
- Refer patients to specialist services where appropriate
- Collaborate effectively with nurses, allied health professionals and administrative staff
- Participate in on-call duties as required by the practice
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical best practices and guidelines
Requirements
- Medical degree (MBBS, MD or equivalent) from a recognised institution
- Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) — holders strongly encouraged to apply
- Eligible for or currently holding full registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC)
- Newly qualified doctors are welcome to apply — we fully support candidates through the licensing and registration process
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of Canada (MCC) or eligibility for the Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC)
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage a broad and varied patient caseload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English
