Shape the creative journey of children at Rise Arts Company as a Visual Arts Instructor in the Tri-Cities area. This role focuses on leading engaging after-school programs for ages 5-14, nurturing confidence and artistic skills.

Rise Arts Company is seeking reliable and passionate instructors for the 2026/2027 school year, starting late August 2026. You'll create a welcoming atmosphere, teach diverse art techniques, and inspire young artists to flourish creatively. Your enthusiasm for working with children and knowledge in visual arts will be key in establishing engaging lessons across various mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead visual arts lessons for youth

• Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment

• Demonstrate various art techniques and mediums

• Adapt activities for different age groups and skill levels

• Communicate effectively with families and school partners

Requirements:

• Valid First Aid Certification

• Successful Police Information Check

• Experience in teaching or facilitating youth programs

• Strong classroom management skills

• Availability for mandatory training before program start
