Position: Douglas College Student Assistant Role

In this position, you will assist the Future Students’ Office with daily inquiries, recruitment events, and administrative support. Your work will help guide potential students in their educational journey while gaining hands-on experience and enhancing your skills. Collaborating with faculty and peers, you’ll help foster a welcoming environment for all prospective students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and provide college information

• Help organize and facilitate campus tours

• Manage office documentation and supplies

• Contribute to the success of recruitment activities

• Assist in the training and coordination of student volunteers

Requirements:

• Enrollment in a minimum of 3 credit courses

• Excellent communication abilities

• Organized and detail-oriented mindset

• Experience in casual leadership or volunteering is advantageous

• Availability to work on both college campuses
