Your role will include assessing needs, supporting apprenticeship training, and facilitating market research. You'll also work on overcoming clients’ employment barriers and fostering industry connections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit program participants and screen eligibility
• Conduct needs assessments and create personalized plans
• Prepare clients for apprenticeship and trade careers
• Lead industry research and analyze labor market data
• Provide ongoing placement monitoring and support
Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ experience in career development
• Background in the trades sector preferable
• Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills
• Ability to meet performance targets effectively
• Willingness to travel within the Lower Mainland
