As a full-time Golf Instructor at GOLFTEC, your mission will be to enhance each golfer's experience with tailored lesson plans. You will leverage your expertise to recommend various GOLFTEC services like TECFIT Club Fitting and short game lessons. Maintaining the Training Center and participating in educational opportunities are key aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop custom lesson plans for diverse skill levels
• Recommend GOLFTEC services to improve student performance
• Document lessons and share recaps via proprietary software
• Maintain center equipment and technology
• Engage in marketing and promotional activities
Requirements:
• PGA of Canada member in good standing preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical capability for active coaching
• Commitment to ongoing education
• Ability to lift items over 30 pounds
