Douglas College invites applications for the position of Coordinator in the Engineering Faculty. The role requires a candidate with a Master’s degree, relevant teaching experience, and a solid background in curriculum management and development. You will ensure smooth operations for admissions, manage external partnerships, and actively market the Engineering programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct admission processes and graduation requirements for ENGR programs

• Act as liaison with the Engineering Advisory Committee

• Develop and update program marketing materials

• Assist in curricular revisions and course offerings

• Respond to student queries regarding program details and concerns

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Computing Science, or equivalent

• Proven teaching experience at college or university level

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Team-oriented with ability to work independently

• Experience in program development and management
