Position: Youth Associate Pastor with Curriculum Focus
Lead with purpose as a Youth Associate Pastor, emphasizing curriculum development and engaging the youth community. Inspire leaders and foster meaningful connections every week.

The right candidate will be passionate about pastoral ministry and possess a formal theological background. You will coordinate Middle School teaching, develop volunteer leaders, and ensure high-quality programs that resonate with students.

Your role will be integral in shaping a vibrant youth ministry while creating a welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and implement Middle School curriculum

• Recruit and develop volunteer leadership teams

• Execute high-quality Thursday Night Youth programs

• Create a hospitable student space for engagement

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Theology, Biblical Studies, or related field

• Experience in youth ministries and volunteer training

• Ability to foster strong relationships with youth

• Prepare for accreditation with the Christian & Missionary Alliance

• Strong commitment to community and service
