Join a newly opened Centre as an Early Childhood Educator, dedicated to fostering children's development through innovative teaching methods. Engage with children while collaborating with families for a positive educational experience.

We seek a passionate Early Childhood Educator with a solid background in early childhood education and childcare. This on-site role involves nurturing children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth. You will work closely with parents and staff to create a well-rounded learning environment that supports various developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop age-appropriate lesson plans tailored to student needs

• Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom that inspires learning

• Assess and monitor children’s progress with parents' feedback

• Support emotional and social skills with positive guidance

• Collaborate with colleagues for cohesive curriculum planning

Requirements:

• Valid BC ECE and/or ECE-IT License in good standing

• Minimum 1–2 years ECE experience

• Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification

• Clean Criminal Record Check

• Strong English communication skills
