• Facilitate meaningful learning experiences in the classroom
• Develop and manage a learner-centered educational approach
• Engage with colleagues in department collaborations
• Participate actively in departmental activities and initiatives

• Master’s degree in Social Work required, PhD preferred
• Five years of relevant experience in practice settings
• Knowledge of anti-oppressive and inclusive teaching methods
• Prior teaching experience in educational or community settings is an asset
