Enhance early education in Coquitlam as a Strong Start Facilitator. This casual on-call position emphasizes parent support for children aged 0-5 in literacy and numeracy development.
As part of School District No. 43, your role will focus on providing tailored support and education for parents as they navigate early childhood development milestones. You will facilitate engaging programs designed to encourage literacy and numeracy among young children. Daily availability from Monday to Friday is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate programs for children aged 0-5 and their parents
• Educate parents on early childhood development stages
• Develop interactive literacy and numeracy activities
• Foster a collaborative environment for parents and children
• Maintain documentation related to program attendance
Requirements:
• Valid ECE certificate
• Food Safe and First Aid certifications
• At least five years of relevant experience
• Include a copy of your credentials with the application
Contribute to the educational journey of young families in Coquitlam.
