Part-Time Math Science Tutor

Oxford Learning is searching for a committed tutor to educate high school students in the Coquitlam center. This in-person role requires teaching up to three students at once using proven methodologies. A strong grasp of math and science curricula for grades 9-12 will be essential for guiding students through their studies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Math and Science to a maximum of three students

• Follow Oxford Learning educational methodologies

• Complete post-lesson notes and student updates

• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor

• Conduct both in-person sessions and online if necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification required

• Teaching certification is a plus

• Deep knowledge of grades 9-12 Math and Science

• Previous tutoring or teaching experience with teens

• Excellent communication skills in English
