Part Time Primary Teacher for Grades One & Two

Make an impact at Traditional Learning Academy as a part-time Primary Teacher for Grades One and Two in Coquitlam. This role emphasizes the integration of Catholic teachings with academic studies.

Beginning September 1, 2026, the 0.6 FTE teacher will focus on delivering curriculum content while encouraging character development and promoting a love for learning. Responsibilities include lesson planning, student supervision, and participation in extracurricular activities. A valid BC Teaching Certificate or eligibility to receive one is essential, as is a commitment to teaching Catholic values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for students

• Supervise students effectively during non-classroom times

• Participate actively in school extracurricular programs

• Teach the Catholic faith alongside academic subjects

• Ensure compliance with educational standards and guidelines

Requirements:
