High School Religion Teacher at TLA

Teach the Catholic faith and Grade Five curriculum at Traditional Learning Academy in Coquitlam as a full-time Religion Teacher. Engage with students and contribute to their academic and spiritual journey starting September 1, 2026.

Traditional Learning Academy is seeking an enthusiastic educator to deliver the BC Curriculum while promoting the values of the Catholic tradition. This role includes teaching responsibilities for both Grade Five and high school religion classes, as well as active participation in extracurricular events.

Your role will significantly shape the character and wisdom of the students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Grade Five and high school religion classes effectively

• Implement the BC Curriculum in all instructional activities

• Supervise students during non-classroom periods

• Support and engage in various extracurricular activities

• Promote a positive and nurturing learning environment

Requirements:

• Valid BC Teaching certification or eligibility to acquire it

• Commitment to Catholic education and its values

• Experience in teaching at both elementary and high school levels

• Ability to inspire and motivate students effectively

• Willingness to participate in the school community
