Position: Senior Civil Estimator for Diverse Infrastructure Projects

In this role, you'll take charge of your bid portfolio, steering the estimating process for projects including open-cut water systems, tunneling, and piling. Your ability to analyze technical specifications and engage with subject matter experts will be critical in creating accurate, competitive bids. With a focus on safety and communication, you'll build robust relationships with clients and vendors, contributing to successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed, accurate estimates for bids

• Engage with technical teams for optimal construction methods

• Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Develop scopes of work and issue RFQ packages

• Conduct site reviews and prepare risk assessments

Requirements:

• Degree in construction or related field preferred

• 10+ years of civil estimating experience

• Proven success with bids between $10M and $250M

• Knowledge of Water/Wastewater/Stormwater projects

• Proficient in Heavy Bid estimating software
