MEP Systems Specialist

Position: MEP Systems Performance Specialist
Ensure optimal operation of utility systems as a MEP Systems Performance Specialist. Bring your technical expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems to a permanent, hybrid role focused on safety and efficiency.

In this full-time position, you'll oversee the performance and reliability of all MEP systems within the facility. Responsibilities include developing effective preventative maintenance plans and conducting regular inspections. With a focus on reducing downtime and improving sustainability, you will implement solutions for recurring issues while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all mechanical and electrical system operations

• Develop robust Preventative Maintenance Plans

• Conduct inspections and effectively troubleshoot

• Maintain accurate technical and service records

• Collaborate on lifecycle planning for replacements

Requirements:

• Red Seal Trade TQ certification or related diploma

• Minimum of 5 years in MEP systems management

• Familiarity with CMMS and building automation

• Strong grasp of safety and local building codes

• Valid BC Driver’s License necessary
