In this full-time role, you will prepare designs and contract documents, oversee project management, and ensure compliance with relevant standards including ASHRAE and LEED. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop load calculations and system concepts

• Manage all contract specifications and documents

• Direct reviews and approvals of shop drawings

• Engage in client and contractor meetings

• Identify and analyze project-related issues

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering required

• 6+ years of engineering experience in the sector

• Professional Engineering Designation (P.Eng) necessary

• In-depth knowledge of mechanical building systems

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
