ACCIONA is looking for a Deputy Plant Manager to oversee water treatment operations in Saint John. Join a team dedicated to sustainable growth and community impact.
As the Deputy Plant Manager, you will support daily operations at the Saint John Water Treatment Plant, ensuring that quality standards are met. This multifaceted role involves working alongside maintenance teams and engaging in contractor interactions. Your contributions will enhance both operational efficiency and environmental sustainability efforts in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in operating and monitoring treatment processes.
• Help maintain thorough operational logs and inspections.
• Coordinate and track preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with documentation from contractors.
• Engage in safety drills and training sessions.
Requirements:
• Associate's degree or comparable technical training.
• 2-3 years of experience in relevant operational roles.
• Understanding of water systems and SCADA operations.
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License; certification expected.
• Physical ability to perform necessary tasks.
