Take on a pivotal role as a Senior Field Service Engineer d electrical and automation initiatives while traveling to optimize systems across various industries.
In this position, you will report to the Operations Manager, utilizing your deep understanding of electrical engineering and automation. Your responsibilities include leading retrofit projects, traveling to resolve key equipment issues, and implementing advanced monitoring solutions. Collaborate closely with project managers to deliver robust service recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Comply with ABB Safety policies for task execution
• Lead operations on new and retrofit projects
• Job planning and travel to enhance system performance
• Present service insights and collaboration efforts
• Enhance crane systems through effective support
Requirements:
• Electrical Engineering degree or relevant diploma
• 5+ years in servicing electrical systems
• Familiarity with PLCs, HMI, and industrial techniques
• Proficient in MS Office and mechanically inclined
• Prepared for extensive travel up to 75%
