Join Intertek as a Project Engineer in Engineering Services located in Coquitlam, BC. Focus on managing projects associated with compliance in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification industry.
As a key member of Intertek's Building & Construction team, you will lead complex engineering projects and ensure adherence to Canadian and US regulatory standards. This role integrates technical writing, auditing, and collaboration with various departments and clients to facilitate project delivery and quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct engineering evaluations for building materials compliance
• Generate Listing and compliance research reports
• Perform quality assurance audits at client facilities
• Collaborate with diverse teams to execute projects efficiently
• Communicate technical requirements to clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Five years’ experience in technical writing and compliance
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Must be adept in MS Office software
• Willingness to travel across Canada and the USA
