Under the guidance of the Shift Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving machine challenges, and processing payouts efficiently. This role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to work flexible hours, ensuring a vibrant atmosphere in the casino.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with slot machine operations
• Verify and process payouts for jackpots and credits
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming gaming area
• Perform additional assigned gaming duties
Requirements:
• Flexible schedule availability, including holidays
• Must obtain a Gaming License quickly
• Excellent communication and mathematics skills
• Serving it Right Certification required
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
