Customer Experience Associate

Serve TD customers in Coquitlam through accurate financial transactions and personalized banking guidance. This 15-hour role supports positive branch experiences.

As a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust, you will process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments. You will understand customer needs, recommend suitable banking solutions, and resolve concerns using standard procedures. The role also involves promoting services, completing business processes accurately, and supporting operational improvements.

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately

• Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements

• High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
• Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
• Hands-on knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
• Accurate, detail-oriented initiative across changing priorities
• Calm, courteous verbal and written communication skills
