Customer-focused Financial Service Representative needed at Money Mart’s 1020 Austin Ave branch, using sales and cash-handling skills. Support customers with lending, transactions, and financial solutions.
Momentum Financial Services Group is seeking a Financial Service Representative to serve Money Mart customers. You will assess needs, recommend personal lending and related products, process applications, and complete transactions. The position combines customer service, sales, compliance, cash handling, and branch operations while following responsible lending practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess customer needs and provide accurate, professional service
- Recommend and process loans, cards, transfers, and payments
- Explain fees, repayment terms, renewals, and payment options
- Verify customer information and maintain accurate records
- Reconcile cash drawers and follow security procedures
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One or more years in retail sales or similar work
- One or more years in customer service and cash handling
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- English communication and basic Microsoft Office skills
