This full-time Physiotherapist position involves working with clients of various health backgrounds to provide assessments and personalized therapies. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing client care plans while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver physiotherapy services including assessment and intervention
• Collaborate on individualized care plans with clients and families
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed
• Recommend adaptations and education on assistive devices
• Conduct staff training on physiotherapy practices
Requirements:
• Graduation from an approved Physiotherapy school
• Two years of relevant clinical experience in a community context
• Full registration with the relevant professional college
• Valid BC Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle
• Strong leadership and communicative abilities
