Manager of Support Services Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage Food, Housekeeping, and Laundry services

• Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards

• Develop action plans to improve service delivery

• Organize and implement seasonal menus for residents

Requirements:

• Graduate from a recognized Nutrition and Food Services program

• Supervisory experience of at least two years

• Required certifications in Food Safe and Serving It Right

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
