Position: Casual Community Support Worker Needed
Join Cheshire Homes Society of BC as a casual Russian Speaking Community Support Worker in Coquitlam, where you will empower individuals with disabilities through support and training in daily skills.

This position is aimed at those passionate about assisting clients with brain injuries. You will provide critical life skills training, personal care support, and help clients navigate their daily routines effectively.

Your role is vital in helping enhance clients' independence and facilitating their participation in community activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized life skills and care support

• Assist with accessing recreational community programs

• Help plan and prepare nutritious meals

• Manage bookings for medical appointments

• Encourage clients to master daily living tasks

Requirements:

• Experience working with brain-injured or disabled individuals

• Understanding of behavior modification techniques

• First aid and CPR Level A certified

• Class 5 Driver's License and vehicle usage required

• Fluent in Russian and English for effective communication
