Position: Casual Community Occupational Therapist Opportunity

This position supports the Rehabilitation & Recovery team, allowing you to engage with adult clients referred for mental health and substance use support. You will provide essential therapy services, helping clients improve occupational performance and navigate daily challenges. Building strong relationships is key to enhancing clients' recovery journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client screenings and functional assessments

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for treatment planning

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions

• Support clients' engagement in psychosocial programs

• Review and report on clients' progress jointly with teams

Requirements:

• Full registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC

• Two years of related experience in mental health

• Valid B.C. Class V Driver's License

• Personal vehicle for work-related travel

• In-depth knowledge of recovery-oriented practices
