You will spend 90% of your time on the road, developing referral partnerships and conducting in-home assessments while focusing on personalized care plans that align with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain referral partnerships with healthcare professionals

• Conduct in-home assessments and create personalized care plans

• Manage sales pipeline from first contact to service start

• Increase brand awareness at community events

• Track leads and performance targets in CRM system

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Comfortable with frequent local travel

• Experience in sales or community outreach

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
