Position: Health Care Assistant for Daily Living Support
Provide essential support as a Health Care Assistant, focusing on daily living activities for residents. Work with a dedicated team to enhance the care experience in areas such as Langley and Mission.

In this critical role, you will follow individualized care plans to support residents in their daily activities. Your contributions will include personal care tasks, monitoring changes in residents' well-being, and communicating effectively with families. Engaging with residents socially is also an essential part of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in personal care and hygiene

• Support resident participation in activities

• Demonstrate tasks to clients and family

• Record observations for the care team

• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and surroundings

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 10 and relevant certification

• Valid BC Driver's License necessary

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to organize and manage tasks effectively

• Physical stamina to handle job duties
