Be part of a leading pharmacy team as a full-time Pharmacist at Safeway in Coquitlam, British Columbia. Provide quality patient care, medication management, and community health initiatives.

This full-time term position with Sobeys Inc. offers a platform for pharmacists to apply their skills in patient care and service excellence.

Your role will involve direct patient interactions, education on new therapies, and collaboration for health programs. You’ll also ensure medication safety while documenting care effectively to enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act in the best interest of patients through compassionate care

• Educate patients and caregivers on therapies and medications

• Initiate and document care plans seamlessly

• Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive health services

• Maintain adherence to pharmacy practice regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree required

• Licensed Pharmacist in BC, good standing

• First Aid and Injection Certification necessary

• Kroll software experience is an asset

• Focus on exceeding patient expectations through service
