Relief Pharmacist at Walmart

Elevate patient care as a Relief Pharmacist with Walmart Canada in Coquitlam, BC. Your expertise will ensure accurate prescriptions and effective collaboration for optimal patient services.

As the Relief Pharmacist, you'll support the Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist in enhancing Pharmacy Operations. You'll accept prescriptions while building strong relationships with Professional Services District Managers and healthcare providers. Executing processes per established workflows will ensure safe and efficient services for patients in need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure excellent patient experience on the sales floor

• Fill prescriptions accurately and safely per workflow models

• Protect patient privacy and comply with regulations

• Operate pharmacy equipment including computers and registers

• Travel to various locations depending on Relief program schedules

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years or older

• Valid Pharmacist License required

• Secondary optional permit in Alberta preferred

• Ability to develop collaborative relationships with healthcare providers

• Commitment to adhere to OBW regulations
