Tricites Home Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a casual position. In this role, you will assess clients, develop appropriate intervention strategies, and work closely with caregivers to promote functional independence. You will play a crucial role in advocating for client needs and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and provide therapy services to clients of all ages

• Collaborate with families to establish treatment goals

• Recommend adaptive aids to improve daily living activities

• Monitor patient records and maintain compliance

• Engage in research and policy improvements in occupational therapy

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals

• Two years' clinical experience in a relevant setting

• Valid BC Driver's License and access to a vehicle

• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations

• Knowledgeable in current best practices in occupational therapy
