As part of the Provincial Assessment Center, you'll provide essential services to clients aged 14 and older. The center focuses on interdisciplinary assessments to aid in care planning. Flexible hours allow you to work on an as-needed basis, providing vital support for complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver speech language pathology services to clients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for assessments
• Provide care planning support for ongoing client needs
• Adapt services based on referrals and flexible hours
• Ensure effective communication strategies for individuals in care
Requirements:
• Relevant graduate degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Experience with clients having complex mental health needs
• Strong collaboration skills within interdisciplinary teams
• Capacity to work on an as-needed, flexible basis
• Passion for supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities
