You'll provide assistance in achieving life goals, manage home support, and engage in community activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Support individuals in various life goals

• Assist with personal care and home duties

• Facilitate community outings for employment and leisure

• Maintain records of activities and progress

• Ensure safety during daily support

Requirements:

• Class 7N driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• First Aid and CPR Certificate

• Clear criminal record check

• Experience in behavioral support is an asset

• Knowledge of Person Centered Active Supports
