Key Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with achieving personal goals

• Provide home care including meal management

• Organize and participate in community outings

• Record daily activities and goals

• Ensure a safe and encouraging environment

Requirements:

• Valid Class 7N driver's license and a reliable vehicle

• Certification in First Aid and CPR

• Clear criminal record check required

• Experience in high behavioral support a plus

• Knowledge of Person Centered Active Supports is an asset
