Rehabilitation Aide in Patient Care

Enhance lives as a Rehabilitation Assistant by supporting patient care initiatives and fostering independence. Work directly with experienced therapists to implement tailored rehabilitation plans.

You will be integral in conducting rehabilitative activities, observing client progress, and helping to modify treatment strategies per therapist guidelines. Your duties will include functional training and documentation, showcasing your ability to support patients in regaining their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor individual treatment plans

• Document observations and client progress accurately

• Train clients in mobility and daily living skills

• Organize and maintain therapy tools and equipment

• Support clients’ integration into community resources

Requirements:

• Rehabilitation Assistant Program completion required

• Minimum one year of related clinical experience

• Valid BC Driver's license necessary

• Strong observational and communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
