Join Back in Motion as a Physiotherapist focusing on concussion recovery in Coquitlam. This part-time role offers opportunities to contribute to multidisciplinary treatment for clients in need.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with Occupational Therapists and Kinesiologists, providing targeted rehabilitation services for clients with concussions.
Your role requires assessing client conditions and developing tailored treatment plans aimed at facilitating recovery. The position emphasizes teamwork and adherence to professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Create and manage personalized rehabilitation programs
• Communicate effectively with clients and professionals
• Assist in clinical administrative duties as required
• Participate in meetings and program evaluations
Requirements:
• Minimum 12 months experience in concussion rehabilitation
• Relevant education:
Bachelors or Masters in Physical Therapy
• Registered with the College of Health and Care Professionals
• Knowledge of bio-psychosocial and vestibular approaches
• Experience in a multidisciplinary setup is an asset
