As a Pharmacy Manager, you will report to the Director of Pharmacy Operations and be responsible for staff supervision and patient care. This includes preparing medications and ensuring optimal inventory to meet patient demands. Foster positive interactions and educate the community about health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and mentor pharmacy team members
• Manage timely medication preparation and dispensing
• Ensure medication inventory meets patient needs
• Engage with customers positively about their medications
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and sales growth
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with Class A license
• At least 3 years of retail pharmacy experience
• Strong customer service and management skills
• Expertise in community-based marketing strategies
• Experience with Healthwatch and KROLL systems is advantageous
