Job Summary
The Caregiver/HCA is an essential member of our home care team who works under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs.

Qualicare Homecare BC has immediate openings for Health Care Aides/Caregivers across BC, with a specific focus on supporting Cantonese-speaking clients in Richmond and Coquitlam! Many of our clients and families communicate best in Cantonese. This role allows you to make a deep, meaningful connection by providing culturally comfortable, language-matched care right in your community.

Responsibilities

Assistance with personal care and hygiene

Meal Preparation

Light housekeeping, laundry, and home organization

Accompany clients on outings

Shopping and errands

Medication Assist / Reminders

Ambulation and transporting of clients

Provide companionship and converse fluently in Cantonese

Ability to follow care-plan

Documentation/Charting
