Service and Junior Technical & Operations Specialist; On-site BC Engineer

This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Coquitlam, BC, with flexibility for some work‑from‑home arrangements. As a Service and Junior Technical & Operations Specialist, you will focus on maintaining and repairing equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and performing field service tasks. The role also involves assisting clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the company.

• Experience in Maintenance, Repair, and Troubleshooting for technical equipment
• Skills in Field Service and on‑site diagnostic and operational support
• Strong Customer Service and interpersonal communication abilities
• Willingness to travel locally for on‑site service when required
• Diploma or degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Mechanics, or a related discipline
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and solve problems proactively
• Familiarity with sterile environments or laboratory equipment is an asset
