Business Solution Analyst for Oracle ERP - Finance

We are looking for a Business Solution Analyst with extensive experience in Oracle ERP – Finance.

• Business Solution Analyst with experience in Oracle ERP – Finance
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Analysis, Process Optimization, or ERP Implementation.
• Process Ownership, Business Governance and Large-scale international deployments.
• Methodologies:
  Business Process Modelling, Requirements Management, Impact Analysis.
• ERP Knowledge:
  Strong functional understanding of modules (Finance, SCM, or CRM) and integrations.
• Testing:
  Mastery of UAT cycles, end‑to‑end testing, and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, ALM).
• Change:
  Knowledge of Change models and instructional design for training.

The total compensation range for this position across all Canada locations is displayed in each job posting. Individual pay is determined by work location, job level, and additional factors such as skills, experience, and education.
