Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and enhance Hub Spot CRM architecture
• Create lifecycle stages and data attribution frameworks
• Build automated lead nurturing and routing workflows
• Guarantee data integrity and accurate reporting
• Document and structure scalable GTM systems
Requirements:
• 2-5+ years in Rev Ops, Growth Engineering, or similar
• Strong experience with Hub Spot or Salesforce
• Familiarity with marketing automation systems
• Knowledge of API integrations
• Analytical skills with SQL or advanced spreadsheets
